3. Legal and Compliance: We may retain data for longer periods where necessary to comply with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for the use of any and all information provided by our AI tools. You agree to use our Service at your own risk.
5. Fair Use and AI Usage Quota: Our Service provides users with a predefined quota of AI usage, which is detailed in Pricing page. These quotas are designed to ensure fair access and efficient operation of our services for all users. You agree to not exceed the allocated quota. We reserve the right to modify or adjust these quotas at any time to reflect the current demand and overall resource availability. Changes to quota limits will be communicated through your account or via email.
6. One-Click Sharing: You agree not to share the secure link containing candidates' details with anyone not required to help you for this job. Any unauthorized sharing of this information may result in termination of your access to the Service.
